About Me
Welcome! I’m Jenna Opp, a Birth Doula serving families across Southwest Florida and Bismarck, North Dakota.
Pregnancy and giving birth to my two boys absolutely changed my life. Going into pregnancy with my first, I had a lot of fear surrounding birth. It wasn't until I started educating myself and hired a doula for my own birth that I started to change the narrative in my own mind. Now, after two unmedicated births (my second being a home birth), my heart aches for other women to have the same confident, joyful births I have had.
In my free time (aside from being a SAHM), you can find me and my family involved at our church, taking monthly Disney trips, and exploring our new Florida home with my husband and our two sweet boys (ages two and 7 months). My deepest desire as a birth doula is to walk alongside you in this sacred season—offering steady support, evidence-based guidance, and a calming presence so you can feel confident, fearless, and deeply empowered in your birth journey.

It is an absolute honor to partner with mamas to help make birth sacred, holy, and safe. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, my role is to help you feel safe, confident, understand your options, and curate a birth experience that makes your dreams a reality.
• Prenatal Support (2–3 visits + unlimited communication via text)
We’ll prepare together—discussing your birth preferences, comfort measures, partner support, and any fears or questions you may have.
• Birth Planning Guidance
I help you create a birth plan that best suits you so you can enter into labor feeling confident and prepared.
• On-Call Support
From 37 weeks until your baby arrives, I am on-call for you 24/7.
• Labor & Birth Support
Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor. This includes comfort measures, setting up your birth space to feel cozy, supporting you through breathing techniques, positioning, small reminders to help labor progress, and advocacy support.
• Partner Support
• Immediate Postpartum Care
• Postpartum Visit (1 visit)
Investment
Full Birth Doula Package: $500
A non-refundable deposit secures your due date on my calendar ($200), with the remaining balance due before 37 weeks.
